Obama planned big. That was part of his appeal. Things had gotten out of control in this country under the previous, lackluster administration, and Barack Obama was going to make changes. Of course, once he was in, things were going to slow down. In the concerncs of climate change, that has happened. It's been frustrating me for a time now, and the NYTimes have a little piece about what that slowdown looks like. They even posit that the Obama administration may not be slowing down, but engaging in "misdirection." Which I'm not that interested in. Stop wielding a club that you're not going to use to engage in a dialog with congress that will not yield the results you want. Use the club.
